From 0c2006b29e5f62784c70209e71da7876267e0e2d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Heiner Kallweit Date: Mon, 27 Apr 2020 21:07:00 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] r8169: improve error message if no dedicated PHY driver is found There's a number of consumer mainboards where the BIOS leaves the PHY in a state that it's reporting an invalid PHY ID.
