Since it is not ONFI compliant NAND, the model name cannot be read from anywhere, add a static NAND ID entry to correct this. However, the NAND ID of this flash is inconsistent with the datasheet. The actual NAND ID is only 4 ID bytes, the last ID byte is missing.[1] Maybe this flash is counterfeit, or maybe it's another problem. Another Toshiba flash had the same problem before. Refer to commit a83dc6b ("kernel: move Toshiba-TC58NVG0S3H patch to ipq40xx"), put the patch into qualcommax target to avoid affecting other devices. The patch is verified on Arcadyan AW1000.
