Pull SCSI updates from James Bottomley:
 "This is mostly update of the usual drivers: qla2xxx, qedf, smartpqi,
  hpsa, lpfc, ufs, mpt3sas, ibmvfc and hisi_sas. Plus number of minor
  changes, spelling fixes and other trivia"
