lantiq: add device alias for Alpha ASL56026

BT Openreach ECI VDSL Modem V-2FUb/I is an alias of Alpha ASL56026 as
also stated in the original commit message adding the device
(commit 6254a2028c "lantiq: add support for the Alpha ASL56026").
