staging: unisys: refactor CONTROLVM_MESSAGE_DEVICE_CREATE

Remove the typedef from CONTROLVM_MESSAGE_DEVICE_CREATE, in favor of
struct controlvm_message_device_create, fix CamelCase names, and update
all references.
