+This binding uses the common clock binding[1].
+

+Required properties:
+- compatible : shall be "fixed-factor-clock".
+- #clock-cells : from common clock binding; shall be set to 0.
+- clock-div: fixed divider.

+- clock-output-names : From common clock binding.
+
