Removed kmalloc and memset in favor of kzalloc.

To explain the HFSPLUS_SB() macro in the removed memset call:

hfsplus_fs.h:#define HFSPLUS_SB(super)  (*(struct hfsplus_sb_info *)(super)->s_fs_info)
