Now, all data structures are commented. A few ioctls remain undocumented:

Error: no ID for constraint linkend: VIDEO_GET_SIZE.

Error: no ID for constraint linkend: VIDEO_GET_PTS.
Error: no ID for constraint linkend: VIDEO_GET_FRAME_COUNT.

Error: no ID for constraint linkend: VIDEO_TRY_COMMAND.
