This fixes the following checkpatch.pl warnings:

WARNING: EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo); should immediately follow its function/variable
+EXPORT_SYMBOL(kmap_prot);

WARNING: EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo); should immediately follow its function/variable
+EXPORT_SYMBOL(kmap_pte);
