ath79: ubnt-xm: create mapping for RSSI LEDs

Ubiquiti XM series boards contain a set of RSSI LEDs. Create an UCI
mapping for them, so visual feedback on RSSI is available, when using
userspace RSSI monitor daemon.

Runtime tested using rssileds.
