The CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_SHPC_POLL_EVENT_MODE config option is not

enabled through module option 'shpchp_poll_mode'. This patch removes
CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_SHPC_POLL_EVENT_MODE.
