dnsmasq: bump to dnsmasq v2.77test4

--bogus-priv now applies to IPv6 prefixes as specified in RFC6303 - this
is significantly friendlier to upstream servers.

CNAME fix in auth mode - A domain can only have a CNAME if it has no
other records

Drop 2 patches now included upstream.

Compile & run tested Archer C7 v2
