ath10k-firmware: Update QCA988X firmware to latest version

This patch updates the QCA988X firmware to the latest revision
  firmware-5.bin_10.2.4-1.0-00016
found in the official ath10k-firmware repository.

Tested on TP-Link Archer C7 v2.
