When the cmd->stop_src == TRIG_COUNT, the 'stopcount' is the cmd->stop_arg. When
the stop_src == TRIG_NONE the 'stopcount' is 0, which is also the cmd->stop_arg.

Simplify the 'stopcount' initialization.
