qualcommax: fix usb regulator supply for RT-AX89X

The qusb_phy node looks for the following supply:
  "vdd", "vdda-pll", "vdda-phy-dpdm"
And ssphy node looks for the following supply:
  "vdda-phy", "vdda-pll"
So fix the usb regulator supply for RT-AX89X.
