ipq806x: add SMEM support

2 patches are cherry-picked from the following LKML thread:
*https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/4/11/208

The last patch (036-soc-qcom-add-smem-to-IPQ806x-platforms.patch) is
adding the corresponding DT nodes required for IPQ806x.
