xen: Use kcalloc() in xen_init_IRQ()

xen: Use kcalloc() in xen_init_IRQ()

The init_IRQ() function is now called with slab allocator initialized.
Therefore, we must not use the bootmem allocator in xen_init_IRQ().

Fixes the following boot-time warning:
