Pull IOMMU fixes from Joerg Roedel:

 - two Kconfig fixes to fix dependencies that cause compile failures
   when they are not fulfilled.

 - a section mismatch fix for Intel VT-d

 - a fix for PCI topology detection in ARM device-tree code
