yggdrasil: overhaul package with netifd support
- package is bumped to 0.5.2
- new protocol changes prevent peering with 0.4.x peers
- @turretkeeper revamps package with netifd support
- do not use with luci-app-yggdrasil please install luci-proto-yggdrasil
