staging: rdma: hfi1: Replace kmalloc and memcpy with kmemdup

Replace kmalloc and memcpy with kmemdup. Found using Coccinelle.

The semantic patch used to make this change can be found here:
scripts/coccinelle/api/memdup.cocci
