csky: remove deprecated arch/csky/boot/dts/include/dt-bindings

Having a symbolic link arch/*/boot/dts/include/dt-bindings was
deprecated by commit d5d332d3f7e8 ("devicetree: Move include
prefixes from arch to separate directory").
