ipmi: print info for spmi and smbios paths like acpi and pci

ipmi: print info for spmi and smbios paths like acpi and pci

Print out the reg spacing and size for spmi and smbios so BIOS developers
can make them consistent.

Also remove extra PFX on the duplicating path.
