libimobiledevice: update to the latest git version

Notable changes
- add detection and note about passcode requirement for iOS 16.1
- add support for iOS 17+ Personalized Developer Disk image mounting
- fix heap buffer overflow in ideviceimagemounter
- tools/afcclient: add missing time.h header
- depends on libtatsu, which depends on libcurl
