ath79: refresh patches and configs to introduce kernel 6.1 support

All kernel configs are refreshed by
'make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=target' and
'make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=subtarget'.

upstreamed patches:
