mediatek: enable NWA50AX Pro eth LEDs

Enable the ethernet LED's on the ZyXEL NWA50AX Pro to show link-state as
well as activity.

Both LED's are configured pulsing.

AMBER | 10/100
GREEN | 1000
A+G   | 2500
