ath79: add missing symbols by refreshing kernel configs

Some symbols are outdated or missing due to daily kernel bumps. It's
better to re-add them. All configs are automatically refreshed by
'make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=taget' and
'make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=subtarget'
