perf annotate: Create hotkey 'c' to show min/max cycles

perf annotate: Create hotkey 'c' to show min/max cycles

In the 'perf annotate' view, a new hotkey 'c' is created for showing the
min/max cycles.

For example, when press 'c', the annotate view is:
