selftests/bpf: fix -Wstrict-aliasing in test_sockopt_sk.c

selftests/bpf: fix -Wstrict-aliasing in test_sockopt_sk.c

Let's use union with u8[4] and u32 members for sockopt buffer,
that should fix any possible aliasing issues.
