HSI: omap_ssi_port: fix debugfs_simple_attr.cocci warnings
Use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE rather than DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE
for debugfs files.

Rationale: DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE + debugfs_create_file()
