perf tools: Remove needless libtraceevent include directives

perf tools: Remove needless libtraceevent include directives

Remove traceevent/event-parse.h and traceevent/trace-seq.h from places
where it is not needed.

Should avoid rebuilding those files when these traceevent headers get
changed.
