[PATCH] Defer tulip_select_media() to process context

[PATCH] Defer tulip_select_media() to process context

Move tulip_select_media() processing to a workqueue, instead of
delaying in interrupt context, edited by Kyle McMartin to use kevent
thread, instead of creating its own workqueue.
